Before opening the ESD protection bag, make sure that you and your environment
are electrostatic discharged. Use ESD protected tools and clothing only
when using the ICE200. However, grounded wrist band and static-dissipative
work surface provides the most efficient ESD protection. The ICE200 should
be regarded as an ordinary CMOS component like the chip it replaces.
